Technology Platforms Used
EPIC
EPIC is an electronic health record software that I utilized in the hospitals I worked in throughout my clinical rotations. It provided a platform for chart reviewing, messaging with other healthcare professionals, and writing evaluations, treatments, and discharges.
FUSION
FUSION was utilized while I was at Wings of Change as a documentation platform. I used it to document evaluations, treatments, create goals, and daily notes for the clients.
