Hi! My full name is Lauren, but I prefer Lulu. I am a second-year Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) student at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have a B.S. in Health Science: Occupational and Behavioral Studies and a minor in Psychology, Disability Studies, and Medical Humanities from the University of Dayton. I am passionate about helping children grow and develop. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends, exercising, and being creative using my Cricut.

This website serves to give you an insight into who I am, what I am interested in, and my view on occupational therapy. Additionally, the e-portfolio provides my goals and the strengths I have that can help me reach those goals. I am excited to share my passions, including my Doctoral Capstone project, with you. I am preparing to be an enthusiastic and encouraging pediatric occupational therapist. I hope to continue to work toward creating an inclusive society for people of all abilities. I am passionate about helping young people better understand themselves and the world around them. Empowering children to live their life to the fullest is my goal as I work toward becoming an occupational therapist.
